<p>Bir kac gun once kesfettigim harika bir apple uygulamasindan bahsederken, ayni zamanda da ilk kez WordPress for Iphone uygulamasini denemek istiyorum. </p>
<p>Lise yillarimda benim ve cevremde ki bir cok arkadisimin en buyuk zeklerinden biriydi kalemleri baget yapip en sevdigimiz sarkilarin davul ritimlerini okul siralarinda inletmek. Az kalem parcalamadim Metallica &#8211; One ataklarini sirama vururken. Iste bu uygulama tam da bununla ilgili <img src='http://s1.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Table Drum sanal gerceklik (Augmented Reality) uygulamalarinin son orneklerimden bir tanesi. Mevcut uygulamalar daha cok gorsel acidan AR uygulamalarini ele alirken, Dohi Sweden AB firmasi farkli bir boyuttan yaklasmis. SES!</p>
<p>Asagida ki resimde gordugunuz ekranda davullar ve ziller olarak 4 ayri ses var. Sectiginiz sese gercek sesler atayabiliyorsunuz. Mesela crashi sectiniz ve kalemle kahve fincaniniza vurdugunuzda cikan sesi crash ile eslestirdiniz. Siz fincaniniza her vurusunuzda senkronize olarak Crash&#8217;in sesini alabiliyorsunuz. Diger sesler icinde ayarlari yaptiktan sonra gerisi sizin yeteneklerinize kaliyor. </p>
<p>Son gunlerde bana cok hos vakit geciren bu uygulamayi paylasmayi cok istiyordum. Asagida ekran goruntulerini bulabilir, iphone veya ipadiniz varsa app store&#8217;dan aratip indirebilirsiniz. Ucretide cok fahis degil 1,99$</p>

<p>Nokia E71 cihazımı Iphone 4 ile değiştirdim kısa bir süre önce. Uzun bir dönem benim için en uygun Android cihazı araştırdıktan sonra birden Iphone 4&#8242;de karar kılmak biraz ironik oldu ama olsun. &#8216;Simply Works&#8217; dedik aldık.</p>
<p>E71&#8242;in en sevdiğim özelliği Bluetooth(BT) üzerinden Outlook senkronizasyonuna imkan vermesiydi. Sorunsuz ve sessizce Outlook üzerinde yaptığım tüm değişiklikleri telefonumla eşleyebiliyordum BT ile. Iphone&#8217;da bu özellik maalesef yok. Bunu bile bile aldığım için çokta bir şey diyemiyorum açıkçası ama Iphone&#8217;da ki BT fonksiyonunun &#8216;dostlar alışverişte görsün&#8217; mantığı ile konulduğunu söylemeden de geçemeyeceğim. Herhangi bir işe yaradığını görmedim şu güne kadar.</p>
<p>Internette biraz araştırdıktan sonra iTunes&#8217;a bağlanmadan kablosuz bir şekilde 3g veya wifi üzerinden Outlook takvimini Iphone 4 ile nasıl senkronize edebileceğimi buldum. Bunu sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum. Sistemin çalışma mantığını şu diyagramda görebilirsiniz.</p>

<p>Öncelikle Google Calender Sync programını <a href="http://www.google.com/support/calendar/bin/answer.py?answer=98563" target="_blank">şu adresten</a> indirmeniz gerekiyor.  İndirdikten sonra kuruluma başlamadan önce eğer açıksa Outlook programınızı kapatmalısınız. Sonra talimatlara göre ilerleyerek kurulumu gerçekleştirin. Kurulum bitince karşınıza çıkacak ekrana Google hesap bilgilerinizi (Kullanıcı adınız, şifreniz) girin ve size sunulan 3 adet senkronizasyon opsiyonlarından sizin için uygun olanını seçin. (Ben Outlook to Google&#8217;ı seçtim) Ayrıca son olarak senkronizasyonu kaç dakikada bir tekrarlamak istiyorsanız o değeri girin en alttaki kutucuğa ve kaydedin. Kaydetmenizle birlikte Google Calender Sync hemen çalışmaya başlayacak ve Outlook takvim öğelerinizi yükleyecek Google Calender&#8217;a. Böylece ilk aşamayı tamamlamış oluyoruz.</p>
<p>İkinci aşamaya geçmeden önce eğer Iphone 4 takviminizde önemli bilgiler varsa mutlaka kablo ile iTunes&#8217;a bağlanarak bir BACKUP alın. Çünkü bir sonraki aşamada telefonunuzda ki mevcut takvimi tümüyle silmeniz gerekecek.</p>
<p>İkinci aşamada Iphone 4&#8242;ün Ayarlar&gt;Mail, Kişiler, Takvimler sekmesini açın. Hesap Ekle&#8217;yi seçin ve en üstteki &#8216;Microsoft Exchange&#8217;i seçin. E-Posta bölümüne Google mail adresinizi, kullanıcı adı kısmına Google kullanıcı adınızı, ve hemen altına Google Paralonızı yazın. Alan bölümünü boş bırakın ve sağ üst köşedeki &#8216;Sonraki&#8217; düğmesine basın. Bastığınızda Iphone sunucuya bağlanmaya çalışacak ama bağlanacak sunucu bulamadığı için size dönüp soracak. yeni ekranda çıkan &#8216;Sunucu&#8217; bölümüne &#8216;m.google.com&#8217; (tırnak işaretleri olmadan) yazın ve sonraki diyerek devam edin. Çıkacak olan ekranda sadece tavkimleri açık tutun, E posta ve Kişileri kapatın. İki kez üst üste mevcut takvim öğelerini silmek üzere olduğunuza dair uyarı mesajı alacaksınız bunların hepsine sil seçeneğini seçerek devam edin. İşlemler bittikten sonra bu bölümden ayrılın ve telefonunuzun takvim kısmına geldiğinizde senkronizasyonun gerçekleştiğini göreceksiniz.</p>
<p>Burada son bir not düşmek istiyorum pil ömrünüzün ciddi şekilde kısalmaması için Ayarlar&gt;Mail, Kişiler, Takvimler&gt;Yeni Verileri Al bölümünde Anında İlet seçeneğini kapatmanızı öneririm. Bu seçeneği kapattığınızda Takvimleri açtığınız zaman güncelleme yapılacaktır. Anında ilet seçeneği açıkken arka planda güncellemeler Outlook üzerinde bir değişiklik yaptığınızda anında yapılacaktır ama bu ciddi anlamda pil ömrünü kısaltan bir uygulama, gün içinde bir iki kez şarj etmek durumunda kalabilirsiniz telefonunuzu.</p>
<p>Tüm bunlardan sonra bu kadar basit ve temel bir işlem için bizi bu kadar uğraştıran Apple&#8217;a şükranlarımı sunmak istiyorum. Apple&#8217;da hangi çalışan yada yönetici &#8216;BT üzerinden Outlook senkronizasyonu mu? Hmmmm bence gereksiz, boşverin!&#8217; diyorsa onu tüm zamanların Homer Simpson ödülüne aday gösteriyorum. DOOHHH!</p>

<p>Akabinde başladık St. Lucia’dan St. Marco meydanına yürüyüşe. Daracık sokaklar ve mağazalar biraz Alaçatı’yı andırıyor. Fiyatlar ise St Lucia’dan St. Marco’ya doğru atılan her adımda <a title="Fiyat" href="http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=y%3Dx^10" target="_blank"></a><a title="Fiyatlar" href="http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=y%3Dx^10" target="_blank">şu şekilde artıyor</a>.</p>
<p>Öğleye doğru tahmin edin ne oluyor? Evet, karnımız acıkıyor J Yol üzerinde <a title="Osteria Vivaldi" href="http://www.osteria-vivaldi.com/dynalay.asp?PAGINA=140" target="_blank">Osteria Vilvaldi</a>’ye denk geliyoruz. Dışarıdan küçük bir inceleme ve menüye göz gezdirdikten sonra giriyoruz içeri. Çok özel bir yer değil, ama Deniz Ürünleri Risotto güzel. Karides ve taze kum istiridyeleri bolca mevcut içerisinde. Tavsiye olunur eğer denk gelirseniz.</p>

<p>Venedik’ten ayrılmadan evvel, fraklı garsonların, gümüş tepsilerle servis yaptığı St Marco meydanında ki en meşhur ve bir o kadarda tuzlu yerlerden birisi olan Florian’a ilişiyor gözümüz. Battı balık yan gider diyip giriyoruz içeri.</p>

<p>Funiküler ile <a title="Brunate" href="http://maps.google.com/maps/place?cid=7469182053066443433&amp;q=como+lake,+brunate&amp;hl=tr&amp;cd=1&amp;ei=7irxTKDAEN_JjAf5goSlCw&amp;dtab=0&amp;ie=UTF8&amp;ll=45.818781,9.079514&amp;spn=0,0&amp;z=18" target="_blank">Brunate’e</a> çıkıyoruz, göl hemen ayaklarımızın altına seriliyor.  Tabi açık hava, bol oksijen, muhteşem manzara; insan acıkıyor. Funiküler istasyonundan çıkıp sola döndüğünüzde sizi karşılayan meydanın sonunda bir cafe-restoran gözümüze çarpıyor. İsmi <a title="Albergo Bellavista" href="http://www.bellavistacomo.com/indexvista.htm" target="_blank">Albergo Bellavista</a>. Dışarıdan görünüş, sıradan, tenha ve fazlasıyla soru işaretleriyle dolu. Ama biliyoruz ki bu hissiyat İtalya’da ki birçok restoran için olumsuz bir his değil, hatta aksine muhteşem bir ziyafetin habercisi bile olabilir. Ve öylede oluyor. Ben ceviz ve porcini mantarlı Pappardelle ( Papparelle di castagne con funghi porcini) ısmarlıyorum. Olağanüstü, tereyağı, ev ve el yapımı Pappardelle’nin incecik hamuru kesinlikle muhteşem. Eğer yolunuz düşerse kesinlik tavsiye ediyorum. Fiyatı da civara göre uygun, tüm makarna çeşitleri 12 € ve hepsi çok güzel.</p>

<p>Aynı günün akşamı için Vedat Milor’un Akdeniz Lokanta ve Şarap Rehberi, İtalya kitabında ki Lombardia bölgesi için yaptığı tek tavsiye olan ‘<em><a title="I Tigli A Lago" href="http://www.itiglialago.it/home.html" target="_blank">İ Tigli A Lago Como</a></em>’ deniz ürünleri restoranına yaptırdık rezervasyonumuzu. Bu restoranı uzun uzun anlatmak istemiyorum, zaten en güzel ayrıntısına kadar Milor yazmış. Sadece bende en fazla iz bırakan lezzetleri ve o akşam yaşadığım sıcak deneyimi biraz aktarmak istiyorum sizlere.</p>
<p>Öncelikle restoranın başköşesinde ki şömine sadece ortamı değil servis elemanlarının içinide ısıtmış. Sıcak ve güler yüzlü hepsi, içeri girmenizle birlikte esprilerde başlıyor havada uçuşmaya. İ tigli’de fiyatlar çok ucuz değil, adam başı 50 – 70 Euro seviyesinde. Şef bizlere bir tanesi 3 çeşit pişmiş deniz ürünlerinden oluşan diğeri de 4 çeşit pişmemiş deniz ürünlerinden oluşan iki menü alternatifi sunuyor. İkisinide sipariş ediyoruz.</p>
<p>Başlangıç olarak püre haline getirilmiş orkinos üzerine avokado soslu çok güzel bir sıcak puding geliyor. Arkasından üç çeşit balıktan, (somon, lagos ve levrekten) oluşan carpaccio. Kenarda ki deniz tuzu zerrecikleri ve wasabi sosuyla birlikte gecenin en güzel tabağı oluyor benim için.  Ana yemeğimiz ise deniz ürünleri tagliatelle üzerine iki adet enfes Langust. En çok beğendiğim yemekler bunlar oluyor. Arkasından tatlılara geçiş yapıyoruz. Geçiş yapıyoruz derken gerçekten geçiş yapıyoruz çünkü İ Tigli’de tatlılar içinde bir antre mevcut. Açıkçası tatlı için antre daha önce tecrübe etmediğim bir sunum tarzı olduğundan oldukça şaşırıyorum ve hoşuma gidiyor. Ama esas gelen antreyi tadınca beynimden vurulmuşa dönüyorum. Karamelli pudingin içerisine yerleştirilmiş zencefilli kurabiye. Ama lezzet, kıvam her şey tamda tatlı denilince beynimde beliren tatta bir lezzet.</p>

<p>Son olarak İ Tigli ile ilgili bir konuyu daha anlatmak istiyorum, kahvelerimizle birlikte İ Tigli’nin kendi yaptığı şekerlemelerden ikram ediyorlar. Bunların içerisinde beyaz çikolata ve limonlu bir şekerleme var. Öylesine derin ve sıra dışı bir lezzet bırakıyor ki damağınızda, sırf bu şekerleme için bile gidilir İ Tigli’ye.</p>

Visiting Frick back again made me remember one of my best memories on food that I had 3-4 years ago. Frick is very famous in the region with its wine and cherries. Wine is not in my field of interest but cherries do; especially when they are in Tiramisu.</p>
<p>Bözen, one of the neighbour villages next to Frick, have a great restaurant &amp; hotel where you can taste wonderful dishes and spend a great night with joy, <a href="http://www.post-boezen.ch/ueberuns_anfahrt.html" target="_blank">The Post</a>. 7th generation is now on duty to keep their fame by using high quality, just fresh and – whenever possible – products of the region.</p>
<p><a href="http://tastingood.files.wordpress.com/2010/10/blossom.jpg"><img class="alignleft size-medium wp-image-353" title="blossom" src="http://tastingood.files.wordpress.com/2010/10/blossom.jpg?w=300&#038;h=225" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a>As a person who always choose my menu not from the beginning to the end but just the other way around I would like to tell you my favorite Fricktal Cherry Tiramisu. Made with fresh cherries and can be found only after these lovely blossoms. In the summer time if you are near Zurich that means you are only &#8211; 1 hour drive &#8211; away to Bözen which completely worth’s.</p>
<p>Of course other dishes are also very good, tasty and well designed by the chef, Peter Heuberger. Last thing I could recommend from The Post is the lovely homemade pumpkin soup that you may choose as a starter.</p>

Zaten tam 6 dalda Tony ödülünü kazanmış olan müzikal oldukça güzel ve eğlenceliydi. Enteresanda bir hikayesi var. 1924 yılında işlenmiş bir cinayeti konu alıyor. Zaten tam 6 dalda Tony ödülünü kazanmış olan müzikal oldukça güzel ve eğlenceliydi. Enteresanda bir hikayesi var. 1924 yılında işlenmiş bir cinayeti konu alıyor. <p><em>1920’lerin ekonomik buhran yıllarında geçen CHICAGO, kendisini terk etmekle tehdit eden sevgilisini öldüren Roxie Hart’ın hikayesidir. Mahkum edilmekten kurtulmak için Chicago’nun en ünlü ceza avukatını tutar; işlediği suçu, bugünün tabloid başlıklarına şaşırtıcı derecede benzeyen sansasyonel manşetlerle gizleyerek halkı, medyayı ve rakibesi olan hücre arkadaşı Velma Kelly’yi kandırmayı başarır.</em></p>

<p>Kidonya olarak adlandırılan bu kum istiridyelerini tekne turundan bir önceki gece <a href="http://www.baynihat.com.tr/" target="_blank">Bay Nihat&#8217;ta</a> üzerinde kaşar peynir eritilmiş şekilde denemiştik ve pek tutmamıştık. Hem pişmiş olması hemde kaşarla kamufle edilmiş olan lezzet bize çok sıradan ve yavan gelmişti. Ne kadar haklı olduğumuzu, aslında doyumsuz bir lezzete sahip bu istiridyenin pişirilerek ve ekstra ilavelerle nasıl heba edildiğini Mehmet Kaptanın kardeşi Şevki&#8217;nin bizim için temizleyip hazırladığı bu muhteşem tabağı tadınca anladık.</p>
<p>Önce birlikte dalarak istiridyeleri topladık; Yukarıdaki resimde gördüğünüz taraklı olanlar erkeği, yüzeyi pürüzsüz olanlar ise dişisi. Tabi ki dişisi daha yumuşak ve lezzetli oluyor <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Sonra Şevki onları bizim için teker teker temizledi&#8230; Son derece zahmetli olan bu temizleme işinini hem iyi bilmek hemde çok sabırlı olmak lazım. Tüm keselerinden ve yenmeyecek bölgeleri iyice ayıklamak gerekli. Kumları iyice temizlemeli&#8230;</p>

<p>Yenilebilecek lezzetli kısımları bir tabağa toparladıktan sonra geriye iki şey kalıyor; bol zeytinyağı ve bol limon&#8230; Hiç pişirmeden istiridyenin kendi lezzetiyle&#8230; Hepimiz için değişilmez bir deneyim oldu, çok güzeldi. Sizlere şurada bulabilirsiniz, buradan temin edebilirsiniz diye tavsiyede bulunamayacağım için üzgünüm. Ama belki Cunda&#8217;da Salmaner teknesini bulup, Mehmet kaptan ve Şevki ile gezintiye çıkarsanız, Şevki eminim sizin içinde ayarlar bu muhteşem tabağı.</p>
